Because of the specialized nature of each working service dog vest -- custom-made-to-order to the client specifications (color, style) and the measurements of the client's dog (size) -- once ANY work has begun on your order (includes ordering of specialty fabric), the order can not be cancelled. Also, once your vest is completed, absolutely no refunds will be issued for any reason.
