Staffordshire Bull Terrier Dog

FIRST AND FOREMOST, it is a federal offense to present a pet dog as a service animal.

Mary's Stitchery will, like any other business, ask the 2 allowed questions covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to determine whether or not the dog is, indeed, a service dog.  Mary's Stitchery will not knowingly create any Working Service Dog Vest for a pet dog.

Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are
NOT covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and do not have public access rights.  ESAs are not permitted where regular pets are not. ESAs do not receive special training and do not assist with specific tasks; instead, they offer support of their owner’s comfort, emotions, and well-being. With that, Mary's Stitchery does NOT make vests for Emotional Support Animals (ESAs).

Mary's Stitchery & Crafts Service Dog Vests is not a certification agency and does not certify working service dogs.

Mary's Stitchery is not responsible for the dog or handler of the dog wearing a vest made by Mary's Stitchery & Crafts Service Dog Vests. Mary's Stitchery is not responsible for any events that occur while the dog is wearing a vest made by Mary's Stitchery & Crafts Service Dog Vests.

* The military patches you see in various photos were provided by the client. Some came directly from their uniforms while others were purchased at PX's or military surplus stores.

* The "Service Dog In Training" and/or "Public Access Certified Service Dog" patches you see in various photos were provided by the non-profit service dog organizations or private trainers that the vest clients were working with.
